1) Compact structure
Beautiful appearance, good stability, easy to install.
2) Runs smoothly
The computer-optimized design of the double-suction impeller has a large inlet overflow area, and a partition is set in the inlet flow channel of the pump, so that the pump inlet has no vortex. The resin sand molding, excellent quality casting technology makes the inner surface of the pump casing and the surface of the impeller smoother. Through the above measures, the pump has no vortex during operation, and the operation is more stable, with significant anti-cavitation performance and high efficiency.
3) Bearing
The selection of excellent bearings to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, low noise, long service life. The bearing body adopts a grease lubrication closed structure, and for those who need to use a rare lubrication structure, it can be equipped with a constant oil level oil cup.
4) Shaft seals
Choose mechanical seal or packing seal, both of which are installed in a detachable stuffing box, easy to install and maintain. The pump packing gland is a detachable open packing gland to make it have enough space for maintenance and repair.
5) Impeller
Using new technology and excellent hydraulic model, the double-suction impeller can automatically balance the axial force.
6) Shaft
Completely sealed, no contact with the medium, no corrosion. The length of the pump shaft is shorter than that of the same type of S and SH pumps, with good rigidity and no vibration. The shaft is equipped with a replaceable shaft sleeve, there is no thread on the shaft sleeve, and the O-shaped rubber ring sealing structure is adopted, which can fully ensure that the shaft and bearing are not in contact with the medium and improve the operating life. Easy to assemble and no adjustment required. The pump rotor parts are assembled with elastic prestress, which is easier and more convenient to assemble and disassemble.
7) Casings
For high head pumps, a double volute flow channel is used to counteract most of the radial forces, resulting in longer bearing life at both ends.
